Power cycling your LED sign often fixes communication errors. Your LED sign should be installed with a power disconnect switch that is usually located on the side of the sign. Turn the sign off for 60 seconds before turning it back on. Wait another 60 seconds for the sign to complete the boot process and attempt to connect again.

Power cycling can often fix communication errors. First, unplug your PC radio. Second, use the power disconnect on your LED sign (usually located at the sign installation site) to power down the sign for 60 seconds. After powering down the LED sign, power up the PC radio and wait two minutes for it to finish rebooting. Once the PC radio has rebooted, use the LED sign power disconnect to power on the sign. Wait another two minutes for the LED sign to fully reboot. Lastly, attempt to connect to the LED sign. If you're unsuccessful, please see the following field(s).

Review your LED sign content playlist within the sign software to verify that there is content currently scheduled to run on the sign.
