Electro-Matic Visual offers training directly to the end-users of our electronic message centers. Individual and group training on our software is available for anyone who has purchased one of our LED signs. We’ll give you the confidence and knowledge to maximize the potential of your LED sign!

Reminders for your upcoming training session:
- A Windows-based PC is required.
- LED sign software provided by Electro-Matic (typically Visions) to be installed on the PC that will connect to the LED sign. If you are missing the software and need it installed, please submit a Support Request.
- Online training sessions typically take 60-90 minutes.
- The Electro-Matic Customer Support Specialist will need remote access to your computer via TeamViewer. Follow this link to install TeamViewer on your PC.
- Training multiple people remotely in one session is available. Please indicate this in your scheduling request so we can accommodate during the training session.
